COB Energy Facility Interconnection

  • PROJECT DESCRIPTION:


    To interconnect the proposed COB Energy Facility (Peoples Energy Resources Corp.). The 1200 MW combustion turbine project would be constructed in two 600 MW phases at a site near Bonanza, Oregon. Phase I is scheduled to energize in June 2004. The project is subject to the Oregon Energy Facility Site Certification (EFSC) process managed by the Oregon Office of Energy (OOE).
